Easing shame and guilt with DBT

Six weeks to tell them apart, and answer each one right

Shame logSixty seconds, whenever something fires: the trigger, your own call — shame or guilt — the intensity, whether you hid it or brought it out, and if you did, what the intensity dropped to.
Who it’s for

For anyone who can't tell, in the moment, whether what just landed is something to fix or a verdict on who they are — and who has been hiding the second kind because it felt safer than finding out.

Why this works

Shame says I am bad. Guilt says I did something bad. They arrive feeling almost identical, and they call for opposite responses — guilt for a repair that actually stops once it's done, shame for daylight. This program teaches DBT's answer to each, and a sixty-second shame log does the proving: your own numbers, not an argument, show what sharing does that hiding never has.

Your answers are encrypted and never sold. No ads. If you’re in crisis, this program isn’t the right help — local emergency services are.
