A few small steps today: a five-question baseline, the safety questions, and your log. No skills yet — just the equipment and the starting line.

Welcome

If you're here, you probably know the shape of it from the inside. Something happens, and the next thing you notice, the words are already out, the door's already slammed, your hand already moved. Not a slow burn — just there, at full volume, before you saw it coming.

Here's the first thing I want on the record. Your anger isn't the problem. The gap between the spike and what you do about it is — and right now, for you, that gap is short. That gap is trainable. Same as every urge I've worked on with people in this cluster. Anger gets no special treatment here, good or bad. It's an urge. We train the gap. That's the whole program.

How the six weeks work

Six weeks, fixed order. How explosive anger works. Then the brakes. Then opposite action, for anger that doesn't fit the facts. Then the delay, and one guided chain. And last, repair and prevention.

The engine is an anger-urge log. Sixty seconds, after a spike: what set it off, how strong, what you did — exploded, held, or opposite-actioned — how long the gap held, and what it cost, if anything. That log turns 'I just have a temper' into numbers. Explosions cost this much. And the gap that prevents them is trainable — that's not a slogan. That's what your own log proves, week by week.

Every week we read your data together. The gap trend is the headline — is it growing. From it, one prescription: how far to push the gap next.

The safety questions, first

Answer them straight — they decide what this program can safely be for you.

If anger has led to violence toward another person — even once — I'll say this plainly: that's not a self-help matter at that severity. You'll get immediate professional resources next, and this program doesn't continue past this screen until real support is in place. Not a verdict on you. The honest limit of what an app can do.

Same if you have access to a weapon and rage episodes both, in the same life — that combination gets professional support first, no exceptions. Same if the anger has ever put you behind the wheel, or destroyed something in a way that could have hurt someone standing near it.

Below that line — loud, explosive, frightening even to you, but not there — this program is built for exactly you, and we start now.

One more note, and it doesn't gate anything: if a substance is usually in the room when this happens, say so. Clear Path handles that layer, and you can run both.

Straight answers. Then your first log. Let's begin.
